Below is an example of a new construction property that received a new lawn from Oak Falls.

 

(A). The house was sold with the backyard untouched, filled with weeds, bare dirt and uneven ground.

(B). The yard was levelled and planted with a drought resistant tall fescue seed blend

​

(C). Time elapsed between seeding and final results shown was 7 months (October-April)
